The house is in a very convenient location, not far from the airport and close to downtown. Loved the furnishing and it was spotless. Lots of extra towels and it had everything you could need. The best part was the backyard. The privacy was great, plenty of nice lounge chairs, wonderful hot tub, beautiful pool, nice outdoor eating area and a fire pit. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Leah’s Kitty Hawk House is a gem. We had a truly epic vacation enjoying the beautiful home, especially the stunning pool and spa (I recommend paying more for the heat, it’s worth it) and the bicycles. The house itself is gorgeous with a chefs kitchen, quiet bedrooms and very comfy beds. When we needed anything, Leah and John were very responsive. From the pool towels to umbrellas for shade to bikes we used around town, Leah has thought of everything. We LOVED it and will be back! Thank you for a magical time on our Joshua Tree and Palm Springs adventure.

Our week at the Kitty Hawk House in Palm Springs was an amazing getaway. The house was super comfortable, and we felt right at home from the start. Leah, the host, was awesome from reservation through check-in. Super quick to respond, really proactive, and just made everything easy. When we got there, our local contact John met us at the house, showed us how everything worked, and made it all really easy. What really stood out were the amenities. The grill, the pool, and all the different places to sit and hang out. So many great spots to just relax and enjoy your time there. My personal favorite was the sun lounge facing the mountains. It was my perfect spot for coffee and breakfast every morning. The best hosts are the ones who show up when something doesn’t go perfectly, and that absolutely happened here. One day we realized we didn’t have hot water. I texted John, he responded within minutes, and by the time we got back later that day, it was already fixed. Will stay again!

The Kitty Hawk house has one of the nicest outdoor areas of anywhere I’ve stayed in Palm Springs. It easily surpasses the photos in person. We even got to watch an eclipse from the outdoor sun tan/stargazing bed! Truly a terrific future. Leah was great with communication and John the property manager was friendly and quick to reply. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great time and Leah was a fabulous hostess. The house is fantastic and she has thought of everything you might want/need. The backyard is great. Can’t recommend it more highly (and can’t wait to go back!!)

Great spot! Hoping we will be back again soon. The house had the basics for cooking (oil, a few spices, pots and pans) as well as some board games which you don’t always find in rentals. The property is beautiful—amazing outdoor space with multiple different zones for lounging (pool, spa, dining table, outdoor firepit, stargazing lounger). Well worth paying for the pool heat! Like most places in Palm Springs, there is some overhead noise from airplanes but it was otherwise a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay at Leah’s Kitty Hawk House! Both she and John were warm, welcoming and friendly. Beauty of a house and walkable location. The pool and the yard are very well maintained and private!
